All exporters will have to make their own shipping arrangements prior to shipment. The booking of cargo space is the responsibility of the exporter. An exporter can choose any airline or shipping company and this information should be given to the Customs Broker to be placed on the Customs document.

Airlines such as BWIA West Indies Airline, Amerijet, Universal Airlines or Caribbean Star; or shipping companies such as John Fernandes Ltd., Tecmarine, Seafreight, Guyana National Shipping Corp. and Laparkan, can be used.

 

  Note to Exporters
 

Corrugated cartons may be obtained from Caribbean Containers Inc. formerly SAPIL

Produce must be packed in corrugated cartons.
